These terms apply when you buy The 7-Day Chest Reset (the "program") from LoseManBoobs7.com through LoseManBoobs7.com. They sit alongside our terms of use, medical disclaimer and privacy policy. Please read them before you buy.
What you're buying
A digital, educational fitness and nutrition program for adults, delivered online. It includes seven daily modules, a workout system, a nutrition framework with a grocery guide and meal builder, tracking tools, and 30, 60 and 90-day continuation plans. Price: $47, a one-time payment. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
Not medical treatment
The program is general education, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It doesn't treat, cure or diagnose gynecomastia or any other condition, and it doesn't promise any particular result. Results vary between people and depend on many factors outside the program. Check with a healthcare professional before starting if you have a medical condition, take regular medication, have a history of disordered eating, or have any concerning chest symptoms such as a lump, one-sided or rapid change, pain, nipple discharge or skin changes.
You must be 18 or older to buy and use the program.
Delivery and access
Access starts immediately after your payment is confirmed. You're signed in on the device you bought from, and you can sign in on other devices using a secure link sent to the email address you used at checkout. Access is for you personally: please don't share your sign-in links or copy the program for others.
We aim to keep the program available at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever stop offering the program, we'll give customers reasonable notice and a way to keep a printed or saved copy.
Your progress, logs and measurements are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, so clearing your browser data or changing device will reset them. You can download a copy from the trackers page at any time.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Refunds
If the program isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You don't need to explain your results, although we may ask what didn't work so we can improve. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and program access ends once the refund is processed.
If you're charged but can't access the program, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.
