Editorial Policy

How LoseManBoobs7.com plans, writes, updates and corrects its content, keeps commercial interests separate from editorial decisions, and avoids fabrication.

Last updated: 2026-09-24

Our purpose

Every page on LoseManBoobs7.com should help a real person understand chest fat, body composition, training, nutrition or habits well enough to make better decisions. We don't publish pages just to rank for a keyword.

How content is produced

  1. One clear purpose per page. Before writing, we define the question the page answers and who it's for. If an existing page already answers it, we improve that page instead of creating a near-duplicate.
  2. Research first. We base content on established public-health guidance, clinical resources and peer-reviewed research, as described in how we research.
  3. Plain language. We explain terms, avoid jargon where we can, and are clear about uncertainty.
  4. Health checks. Pages touching on medical topics follow our health content policy, including what we will never claim.
  5. Quality gate. A page is only published for search engines to index when it's complete, genuinely useful, has a unique title and description, links to related content, has no unfinished sections and contains no unsupported health claims. Pages that don't meet that bar aren't indexed or aren't published.

Authorship and review

Guides are written by the LoseManBoobs7 Editorial Team. We don't attribute content to invented authors, experts or reviewers. If a page is reviewed by a qualified professional, the page will name them, list their relevant credentials and show the review date. Until then, each page states that it hasn't been individually reviewed by a medical professional.

What we never do

  • Invent experts, reviewers, credentials, testimonials, customer numbers, awards or results.
  • Use before-and-after images or transformation claims we can't verify.
  • Use shame, mockery or humiliation, or talk about anyone's body with contempt.
  • Use fake urgency, countdown timers or manipulative scarcity.
  • Let advertisers, affiliate partners or product sales influence health guidance.

Commercial independence

We may earn money from our own digital products and from affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). Editorial decisions come first. A product is never recommended because it pays more, and no product is presented as a way to target chest fat or treat a medical condition.

Updates and corrections

  • Every guide shows the date it was last updated and last reviewed.
  • We review cornerstone and health-sensitive guides regularly, and sooner when important new guidance is published.
  • If we find or are told about an error, we correct it promptly. Significant corrections, meaning anything that changes a recommendation or a health-related statement, are noted on the page with the date.
