Current status
At the time of writing, we haven't published specific product recommendations. When we do, typically for home training equipment such as resistance bands, adjustable dumbbells, benches and mats, or kitchen tools such as food scales:
- Each affiliate link will be marked and use
rel="sponsored". - Each recommendation will say whether it's based on hands-on use or on research. We won't claim to have tested products we haven't.
- Recommendations will include the date product details were last checked, because prices and availability change.
What we won't do
- Recommend a product because it pays a higher commission.
- Recommend supplements, creams, wraps, compression garments or devices as ways to reduce chest fat or treat gynecomastia.
- Publish fake reviews, star ratings or "best of" rankings without genuine assessment.
