We use this only to send the checklist and the educational email series you asked for, and occasional related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
If you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, used only to reply.
Analytics (only if enabled): we may use privacy-focused analytics to understand which pages are useful, such as page views, referring site, approximate country, device type and clicks on buttons. Analytics events never include your email address or health information. If we use a tool that sets cookies, we'll ask for consent where the law requires it.
Hosting logs: our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
Affiliate links: if you click an affiliate link (for example to Amazon), that retailer may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Who processes your data
We use service providers to run the site: a hosting provider, an email marketing provider (once enabled) and, if enabled, an analytics provider. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We don't sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
