The 7-Day Chest Reset
A structured first week: baseline measurements, a beginner full-body plan with a chest focus, nutrition setup, habit tracking and a review that sets up the next 30 days.
The program
A structured first week of strength training, nutrition and daily habits, designed to start the changes that improve body composition over the months that follow.
The 7-Day Chest Reset gives your first week a clear structure. Each day has one focus and a short list of practical tasks, so you're not trying to change everything at once.
It's built on the same principles as every guide on this site: a moderate calorie deficit, enough protein, progressive strength training with a chest focus, daily movement, sleep and consistency. There are no gimmicks, supplements or special foods, because chest fat can't be spot-reduced.
Not a substitute for medical care. If you have concerning chest symptoms or a medical condition, see a professional first. Read when to see a doctor.
Day 1
Know where you're starting from, without judgement.
Day 2
Build meals around protein and plants, without banning foods.
Day 3
Complete your first full-body session and learn the movements.
Day 4
Move a bit more and set up your sleep window.
Day 5
Make the easy choice the better choice.
Day 6
Repeat the workout and do slightly better.
Day 7
Learn from the week and plan the next 30 days.
Plus a grocery checklist, a simple starter workout, a habit checklist, a progress tracker, a weekly review and a next-30-days planner. All of these are in the free Starter Checklist.
Seven days is a starting period. It's long enough to set a baseline, learn the movements, change your kitchen, build a routine and prove you can follow through.
It isn't long enough to transform your body. Fat loss happens gradually, usually over months, and in an order your body decides. Many men find the chest is one of the last areas to change. That's why the reset ends with a plan for the next 30 days. See realistic expectations.
We don't use before-and-after photos, testimonials or countdown timers. When we have real, verifiable outcomes to share, we'll share them honestly.
After the first week
The first week builds the habits. The following months are where they add up. The continuation is planned in three stages, each building on the last.

No. Seven days is enough to set up habits, learn the basics and start seeing what works for you. Meaningful changes in body fat, including on the chest, usually take months of consistent effort, and the chest is often one of the later areas to change.
No. The reset focuses on training, nutrition and habits that support overall fat loss and muscle building. It doesn't remove glandular breast tissue or treat any medical condition. If you notice a new lump, one-sided or rapid change, pain, nipple discharge or skin changes, speak with a healthcare professional.
No. Every workout has a bodyweight or resistance-band option, with dumbbell and gym alternatives if you have them.
No. The nutrition approach is built around protein, vegetables, minimally processed foods and a moderate calorie deficit. There are no banned foods, detoxes, fat burners or very-low-calorie plans.
Day 7 ends with a review and a plan for the next 30 days. The planned 30, 60 and 90-day plans will build on the same habits with progressive training blocks and regular check-ins.
The free Starter Checklist is available now. The complete 7-Day Chest Reset and the 30, 60 and 90-day plans are in development, and we'll only offer them once they're finished.
Speak with a healthcare professional first if you have a heart, kidney or liver condition, diabetes, take medication that affects appetite, blood sugar or blood pressure, have a history of disordered eating, are under 18, or have any concerning chest symptoms.
